Public parking: A large free public parking lot is also available just 300 meters from the apartment, right next to the charming Water Garden.

General terms and conditions of rental
Check-in time: between 4:00 PM and 6:00 PM.
We will be happy to welcome you personally, hand over the keys, and provide initial tips on the area.
Late Check-in:
For maximum flexibility (arrival after 6:00 PM or unforeseen circumstances), you will benefit from a secure key box. Detailed instructions for accessing the apartment will be sent to you on the day of your arrival.
Please respect this time to allow our team time to prepare the apartment in the best possible conditions for the next guests.

Deposit: A deposit of 30% of the total amount will be required on the day of booking.
Balance: The remaining amount (70%) must be paid 15 days before your arrival date.
Flexible Cancellation: Guests can cancel their reservation free of charge up to 2 days before arrival.
Late Cancellation: If the cancellation occurs less than 2 days before arrival, the full amount of the reservation will be due.

A full and delicious breakfast is available at an additional cost of €9.80 per person and €5.00 per child up to 12 years old.
We prioritize fresh, local produce to offer you the best of Puisaye (pastries, fresh bread, fruit juices, and homemade jams).

We know how wonderful it is to travel with your four-legged friend! That's why small pets are welcome in our Bérangère, Adeline, and Aude apartments.
We simply ask that you ensure their size and behavior are appropriate for apartment living, for their comfort and that of all residents.
Rate: A supplement of €6 per day per pet is required (for information purposes only and subject to change depending on the length of stay).
Condition: Please notify us in advance when booking.
